Real estate agent
As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a real estate agent to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Represent the real estate agency as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, as well as between tenants and landlords.
• Conduct accurate evaluations of real estate properties based on the current market.
• Assist potential clients in the search and visitation of properties that meet their criteria.
• Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions effectively and ethically.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a real estate agent or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Client-oriented mindset and ability to establish strong relationships.
